1. About DailyDebits
DailyDebits is an independent study aid that provides practice questions and study materials for professional certification exams. DailyDebits is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ISACA or any other certification body. AAIA is a trademark of ISACA. All rights reserved.
2. Use of the Service
By creating an account you agree to use DailyDebits solely for personal study purposes. You may not share, resell, copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from DailyDebits in any form. Each account is for individual use only.
3. Payments
DailyDebits offers various products at different price points, including monthly subscriptions and one-time lifetime access plans. Pricing for each product is displayed on the relevant product page before purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing you agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, failure to pass an exam, or accidental purchase.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. DailyDebits does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you have questions before purchasing, contact us at dailydebits@wfrnt.com.
5. Subscriptions and Cancellations
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on DailyDebits including questions, explanations, and rationale is the intellectual property of DailyDebits. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission.
7. Disclaimer
DailyDebits makes no guarantee that use of this service will result in passing any certification exam. Practice questions and study materials are provided for educational purposes only and may not reflect the exact content, format, or difficulty of actual certification exams.
8. Privacy
We collect your email address and payment information solely to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
9. Changes to Terms
DailyDebits reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
